In the installation, the incorporation of triple-prong indoor extension cables into the plaster form—introduced during the casting of another surface belonging to the space—expands both the formal and conceptual layers of the work. The plaster surface comes to bear not only the imprint of a physical ground but also the traces of an everyday, invisible structure that shapes the functioning of the space.

Cables are often among the overlooked components of a space’s functionality. Yet here, integrated into the surface, they merge physically with the body of the form while offering a silent testimony to the internal system of the home. The cables do not merely carry electricity; they also carry the memory of a time, a habit, a routine. In this context, the cast captures not only the form of a surface but also its functional texture and the immaterial yet ongoing interaction between body and space.

The cable fragments trapped within the cast serve as a reminder that belonging is established not only emotionally or mentally, but also through a physical circulation network. Like electrical current—unseen yet perceptible—this structure functions as a metaphorical line that reflects how the body connects to space and how space connects to everyday life.
